* We have a flexible worry-free cancellation policy for your comfort – BOOK WITH CONFIDENCE:
– We know plans can change and we accept changes to the original booking for another day, if we have availability, without any extra charge.
– Any services can be canceled up to 20 days prior trip start.
– Any amounts paid can be used as credit for future use, to reschedule/postpone your trip up to 5 years time.
– No extra fees are required to change/reschedule any trip booked.
* Cancellations are available up to 20 days prior to the tour starting.
* Cancellation less than 20 days before tour date: not available
* No show: no restitution / payment in full
* Tickets for Events or Attractions are non-refundable
* Hotel reservations are not refundable unless specified.
* Our Guarantee: no amounts will be lost in case of cancellation/postpone, as long as rescheduled for another period.
